The Oxford Bar is a little, old-fashioned bar in Edinburgh’s Thistle Street. It is famously known as the haunt of author Iain Rankin’s creation, Inspector Rebus.
Ross is an established artist living in Edinburgh. He has been painting since he moved here from Dumfries in 1984, and exhibits regularly in joint exhibitions, often in aid of charities. He is primarily a watercolourist, though likes to introduce other water-based media into his work.
