Making A Contract With Us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will send you a further email to advise that we have dispatched your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will not take payment from you or we will refund any payment made.
In the event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
How To Place An Order
Select the quantity you wish to purchase and click the Add To Basket button. Your purchase(s) will be shown in your shopping basket. Click View Basket to view the items in your basket.
This is the page where you can enter any money-off coupons, change the quantities of items, or remove items completely from your order.
When you’re ready to complete your order, click Proceed To checkout to go to the Checkout page.
If you are already a Daisy Cheynes customer, you may log in to your account by clicking Returning Customer. Enter your email address and password into the login fields and click Login.
If you have a money-off coupon, you can click Have a coupon? and enter your coupon number.
If you are a new customer, enter your details into the Billing Details of the Checkout page. If you wish, you can check the box to use these details to create an account for future use. You’ll receive an email confirming your new account and a password. You may change your password at any time.
If you do not specify a specific delivery address your order will be delivered to your billing address. If preferred, you can collect your order at our store in Edinburgh.
For payment, you can choose to pay by PayPal or by credit/debit card. Choose how you wish to pay, then click Continue To Payment to go to the payment page.
Paypal will accept payment from your Paypal account, or you can pay by either credit card or debit card.
After you have paid for your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Changes To The Terms
These terms were last changed on 16 April 2020. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
