Hector's is a busy and cheerful pub in Edinburgh's Stockbridge, and known for its food as well as its beers. Located just along the road from Daisy Cheynes.

Ross is an established artist living in Edinburgh. He has been painting since he moved here from Dumfries in 1984, and exhibits regularly in joint exhibitions, often in aid of charities. He is primarily a watercolourist, though likes to introduce other water-based media into his work.
