We currently only ship nationally in the UK. If you have a requirement to ship to other countries then please contact us so we can arrange special instructions and quote for it.
We ship using Royal Mail and charge costs as appropriate, on that basis you will be unable to select a delivery time slot or control the delivery after it has shipped.
Usual 30 day terms for returns policy applies for good returned in resalable condition, purchaser will be responsible for all postage for returned goods. In the unlikely event the goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately and be prepared to take photographic evidence of the package and goods to send to us.
We try to package and send out online orders within one day, but during very busy periods it may take a few days longer, please make sure you order in plenty of time to ensure you get your gifts when you need them.
Payment online is available with all major credit/debit cards and also Google Pay and Apple Pay.
